The good thing is that Atlas has withdrawn from the war but the main fight is still far from over. I bet IT will continue their skirmishes and try to harrass our alliances home systems although in the end we will kill them like we did to Atlas.

Anyway, WTF!? I’m getting warned by a blue to gtfo and he even scrambled me when tried to warp to a belt after I undocked  to get my mineral loot from the transport rats in the belt, which i still haven’t because of this scrambling guy in a megathron sitting outside the npc station.

This shit is getting more ridiculous by the day. Hope this will get sorted out soon, if not i guess it’s time to move to another place soon.

I just talked to a Mordus angels diplomate (Gen Eve) and he told me that it’s no problem to rat here. Glad that’s cleared up, now back to the mission mobile!

After being erroneously 3-day banned for “macro use” while merely mining as a multiboxer (no macros or automation were being used – just Synergy a program that lets you share 1 mouse over multiple computers) I decided to make a site to demonstrate how I have adapted my technique of multiboxing to definitely not break any rules of the EULA. I no longer use Synergy or even mine. I can understand how seeing 12 ospreys mining would cause players and GM’s to assume the worst. Now I’m training exploration to hopefully do some complexes.

If we could get some clarification from CCP about whether using programs like Synergy that merely allow you to use a single mouse among multiple computers in the same way someone uses a single mouse when they have multiple displays that would definitely open the door to a lot more multiboxers… and multiboxers are generally very fun to pewpew. Just ask the guys that blew up my entire rokh mining fleet a week ago as I attempted my 0.0 escape.

Edit: Whether or not using a wooden dowel across some keypads is allowed is not up for debate IMO. The use of prosthetics, pirate hooks, wooden dowels or your face for pressing buttons is simply not breaking any rules. The question is whether or not multiboxers should be allowed to use common multiboxing software explicity allowed in almost all other major MMO’s.

The reason why i wrote EveOnlineRoamer is because I was docked in a station  for some time because of hostiles so I wanted to create an overview of the reported hostiles along with their shiptypes and where they roam the most so that i know what to expect when i meet them one day ship 2 ship

This is especially handy when a hostile enters a system and no one knows their shiptype yet. By checking EveOnlineRoamer it is possible to see if the hostile has been reported before and if so, what they were flying, where and when at the time they were reported.

Interesting, so when can I use it or even host it myself?
At the moment, no release is being planned because i still need to work on splatting some  lesser bugs and to rewrite some functions that handles the eve online api data more efficiently.

I also need to work on the layout but thats not really high on my priority list at the moment. Mogandi provided me a nice “EveOnlineRoamer logo” which I’m going to use as can be seen on the top left on the screenshot below. I’ve added a small -7- logo to it though .

Want to help to develop EveOnlineRoamer?
EveOnlineRoamer will be released with all the sourcecode and files intact when it’s “stable” so we “programmers” will have a good version to start with. The reason i’m not going to release it now is  because some of the config files are hardcoded such as database access etc.

Also, if you have a comment or a suggestion, just let me know!

Current main features
- a simple account creation, login and permission system
- Submit hostile report (duh!)
- Sort reports by hostile name,ship, system, date, etc
- “realtime” update on new hostile report. Which means that anyone that has EveOnlineRoamer open, retrieves the latest reported hostile when someone else submits a new report automatically.
- admin config (allow/disallow guest submit etc)
- compatible with the official eve online API to extract data from to be used by EveOnlineRoamer.
- ingame browser support.
- statistics and overview of the most hostile system, ships used, most active hostile and more.
.. and some other stuff not worth mentioning yet.

Last night, a Nyx piloted by Gina Mia (Genco corp) was destroyed in the GA9P-0 system by Against ALL Authorities and their allies.

Although Gina Mia tried her best to tank the incoming damage and to defend herself from the hostiles there where just too many enemy pilots that got her overwhelmed quickly.

When I lost my hauler I thought that I lost few hundred m worth of isk but then I looked in my station to see whats left and while browsing through my hauler ships I found out that my  higher end items were still infact intact in another hauler ship so yay!

The sad thing is that I lost a couple of +3 and +4 and hardwire implants but that doesn’t matter much, especially compared to this poor fellow.

As of now, the KBP to dital gate is still heavily camped.

That said, i bought a purifier today to play with and will post the fitting later. My purifier does around 1k damage but the ~10sec rof kills the dps so I guess I need to skill some missile skills to do either more damage or improve rof..
